What's Included:

Pre Session Intake Call: 

A 30 minute pre-session intake call will take place before starting our sessions. It's a chance for us to get to know each other better & make sure we're on the same page. During this call, we'll talk about your goals, what you want to achieve through hypnotherapy & mindset coaching, & any concerns or questions you may have. It helps us create a plan that's tailored to your needs & ensures that we're both comfortable moving forward. It's an important step to make sure our coaching sessions are effective & focused on what matters most to you.

Please note: During hypnotherapy sessions, it's important to focus on addressing one specific issue at a time, such as a particular fear or phobia. This approach allows for a more targeted and effective treatment, as it allows me to delve deep into the root causes and provide personalised guidance and support. By focusing on one issue at a time, we can fully explore and understand the underlying factors contributing to that fear or phobia, and work towards overcoming it in a systematic and comprehensive manner.

1 Personalised Coaching Sessions (1hr-1.5hrs): 

Receive one-on-one coaching sessions. This session will be customised to address your unique challenges, provide guidance, & offer personalised strategies for your personal growth journey. Virtual sessions on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.*

1 Follow Up Call:

After your session, I'll make sure to check in with you through a 30-minute follow-up call to see how you're progressing.

1 Hypnosis Recordings: 

As part of your session, you will receive 1 hypnosis recording that is specifically designed to support your progress and reinforce the positive changes we work on together. This recording will be accessible within your site membership up to 48 hours after your session. Consistency is key when it comes to creating lasting change through hypnosis. By listening to this recording regularly, you will deepen the impact of our session and enhance the effectiveness of the hypnotherapy process. 


These will ensuring that you stay on track & make consistent strides towards overcoming fear & anxiety. 


Please Note:For your ongoing success & subconscious change, I ask you complete any worksheets, take action, & listen to hypnosis recordings consistently. This practice & repetition is crucial for progress.


You will also be added to my weekly wellness newsletter, where you will receive valuable tips,inspiration, & updates to support your ongoing growth & well-being.
